Is this an official builder website?
No. This is an independent real estate and community resource operated for enquiries to Hamelton Sivathas, Sales Representative, Right at Home Realty, Brokerage.
How do I get floor plans and pricing?
Use the contact form and select the project you are interested in. We can request current documents and clarify the price basis, available lots and incentives. Availability is not guaranteed.
Are the schools shown guaranteed for my address?
No. Use the relevant board’s locator and ask about your address, grade, program, registration date and any holding or overflow arrangements.
Are MLS listings available here?

Is the calculator a mortgage approval?
No. It is a planning estimate based on your inputs and stated assumptions. A lender must assess your eligibility, property and financing terms.
Does contacting you commit me to buying?
No. An enquiry does not reserve a property or create a representation agreement. Any services, representation and compensation should be discussed and documented separately.
