Contact requests

The contact form collects the first and last name, email, a required phone number, selected project and message you provide, plus any optional timeframe, preferred contact method and budget range you choose. With each request the site also sends limited source details: the page path (never the web address query or fragment), which form was used, the selected project, the consent wording version and the time reported by your browser. Hamelton uses these details to respond to your enquiry. Email and phone numbers are checked for format only and are not verified. The form is processed through Formspree and its configured delivery services. Service providers may process information outside Canada. Do not submit identity documents, account numbers or other sensitive records through the form.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose to allow analytics. It helps measure page use and successful form submission events. We do not intentionally include your contact details, search text or calculator inputs in those events. Safe campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term) may identify the campaign that brought you here. Other query details are excluded; the initial campaign is retained only in memory for this page visit. Your choice is stored in your browser; change it through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Calculator and search

Calculator entries are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us by the calculator. The calculator automatically requests a public mortgage statistic from the Bank of Canada Valet API. That request does not include calculator entries or contact details and omits cookies and the referring page; the Bank receives technical connection information such as your IP address. The published observation and retrieval time are cached in your browser for six hours between refreshes, with older values labelled when needed. No calculator inputs are stored in that reference cache. Search filters appear in the page URL, so avoid typing private information into site search. Hosting services may keep technical access logs needed to operate and protect the site.

Communication choices

Consent to a response is separate from consent to marketing. The contact form does not enrol you in a marketing subscription. Contact Hamelton at 647-556-6603 to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss communication preferences. Information may need to be retained where transaction, regulatory or legal obligations apply.
